Refund Policy

At CookQueen, we take great pride in the quality of our spices, dry fruits, and vegetable powders. Since our products are perishable food items, our refund policy is designed to ensure maximum hygiene and safety for all our customers.

1. Returns & Exchanges
  • Perishable Nature: Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered, regardless of whether the package is opened or unopened.

  • Exceptions: We only replace items if they are received in a damaged condition or if the wrong item was delivered.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please notify us within [24/48] hours of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide:

    1. Your Order Number.

    2. A clear photo or unboxing video of the damaged/incorrect product.

    3. A photo of the shipping label on the box.

  • Once verified, we will either ship a replacement at no extra cost or initiate a refund to your original payment method.

3. Cancellations
  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order within [X] hours of placement for a full refund.

  • After Shipping: Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled or redirected.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)
  • Once your request for a refund is approved (due to damage or error), it will be processed within [5-7] business days.

  • The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

5. Missing or Undelivered Packages
  • If the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 24 hours.

  • CookQueen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect.
